Going back to the unemployment of 2008 (11/22/2008 08:20:00 AM), here's a gem found on my mini that I forgot about and is totally scarrzz:

Sometimes often things happen out of sequence, usually by human intervention. But how do you undo what you did, how do you unfeel what you felt? By a mere walk away? By rigorous self-disciplinary action? Is that really what you want?

Super stoked about this, it sounds like something you'd hear in a hip Manhattan day care; definitely infant inspired, Noah was sitting in his jumpy chair during this session at 322 (North).
Arizona and Trinity are on the way over too, and I haven't seen them in almost a month so this should be good.
... ah and here is it, the title track from my short time here. Mixed down and inspired by the scene @auroracoffee in L5P (and their amazing iced coffee). Cool people, the people you see at all the right shows.
I ran into Rachel from rag-o-rama; she was having a pre-shift meal and I had to use the lav so I asked her to watch my mac and press play; tell me what she thinks. When I came back her eyes were sparkling (more than usual), all smiles; she said she liked it and it was good.
You're turn; click play below then download it and drive slowly through the neighborhood, or put on your NB's run fast and hard (your pick). Either way, enjoy the spring/summer transition with these choice morsels.
my short time here is a collection of jams composed mid summer 2010, its introspective and pretty personal. They speak to you, all you have to do is listen.
Vineuzi is generally music made by my children and I. My oldest son is 13 and quickly grasping rhythm pattern improvisation and understands the family DYI ethos, as demonstrated here.
Going way back to July 2, 2008, this is probably the most mass relate-able song we have yet:
This post is dedicated to a Eric, a friend for several years, who just recently, it seems, we have somewhat drifted apart. We've recorded several jams together, drank a ton, have really "been there" for each other. Hopefully the good times are not over. God knows this recession certainly is messing with folks.
We were in The Black Reds together and placed several shows with Eric as the drummer. The first track I'll share with you is the hit from the summer of 2006; recorded in Joe's garage in Avondale Estates, GA.
Waited All Summer Long was written with my x-wife Cindy on bass. Eric took to it quickly as he comes from the straight up Blink-182/Ramones school of rock.
Enjoy Waited All Summer Long; written by Edward Lund while in The Black Reds:
Possibly from the last Cosmic Electric session, back in 10/9/09... good stuff, everything changes, some things fade and die; other things develop and grow.
live with me was introduced on 11/22/2009 08:16:00 AM and loved immediately for its hopeful demeanor and positive, almost innocent upbeatness.
The rhodetripp demo began on the conversation of domestic bliss. What is it's source? Is it luxurious furnishings and surroundings? Certainly no one wants section 8. It's obviously in the relationship. But do do the two of you have to do everything together, matching his and her towels, completely agreeing and finishing one's sentences whilst sipping eggnog? Probably not, get a dog.
It's probably more about people who have learned how to work thru difficult situations, valuing each other and balancing personal wants and desires with that of the relationship and making careful decisions therewith.
